I’m so glad you are here. My name is Ippolita DiDio, a certified Naturopath, member of the ANPQ (l’Association des Naturopathes Professionels du Quebec) and a quality of life enthusiast. I am on a mission to help people improve their health span with a focus on education, diet and lifestyle improvements.
My journey began with my own health crisis, over 20 years ago, desperately looking for long lasting relief from autoimmune disease symptoms. Now, living a symptom free life, I am here to connect with and assist people on their own health journey.
